INTRODUCTION:
Rachit International was established in 1990, having its factory premises in Lajpat Nagar and successfully exporting Ladies Apparels and Shawls / Scarves to USA, Europe, Japan and Canada.

We are capable of producing ladies wear like blouses, camisoles, shirts, skirts, dresses and Children Wear in various shapes and styles such as V-Neck, Gathered Neck, Reglan Tops, Halter Tops, Smocked Tops, Drawstring Skirts, Sarong Skirts and many other styles with all kind of hand & machine embroideries and bead work.
We use all kind of blends and basic woven fabrics like Cotton Voile, Cambric, Poplin, Viscose & polyester Georgette & Chiffon, Cotton Spandex, Cotton / Linen, Viscose / Linen, Velvet, Corduroy & knitted fabrics like Cotton & Viscose Jersey, Interlock & Rib, Velour & Fleece.

We also have tie up arrangement with many other fabricators having different stitching & finishing equipment at the time of rush orders.

HIGHLIGHTS:
To cater day-to-day requirement in sampling, we have in house sampling department fully equipped with all kind of required machines.
PRESENT PRODUCTION CAPACITY:
Our production capacity is around 35,000 units for basic styles or around 30,000 units for value added garments.
PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED:
We produce a wide range of garments for ladies & kids and specialize in yarn dyed checks & stripes, solid dyed Voiles, Cambric, Poplin, Chiffon & all other type of prints, tie & dye, ombrey dye, hand, machine & computer embroidery with bead work.
In knits, we mainly do Cotton & Viscose Jersey, Interlock & Rib, Velour & Fleece.
QUALITY CONTROL:
The stage at which this industry has reaches, the only way to survive and have a regular flowing business is to provide top quality merchandise. We are constantly in pursuit to total quality management at all levels of production.
Here is an overlook of our quality control.
Ø As per buyers requirements fabrics are tested by reputed international labs such as SGS & ITL.
Ø At stitching stage, initial checking is followed by mid inspection.
Ø 100% garments are inspected for specs by our measurement department.
Ø 100% garments are finally checked before packing.
Ø Dupro (Mid Inspection) and Final inspection for few of our buyers is done by SGS.
QUALITY OF FABRICS USED:
In the making of a garment, 60% of the garment price is of the fabric. So, if fabric used is of inferior quality, one cannot make the garment look nice with just better stitching and finishing.
This is what we follow here and never compromise with the fabric quality. We undertake a wide range of prints like:
